LYDIA'S 

Lydia's is a brand new restaurant concept coming to midtown phoenix at The Frederick on Missouri.  Structural changes were necessary to open up the interior space and to incorporate large exterior openings that blur the indoor outdoor separation. Careful coordination of mechanical ducts locations was essential to maintain a clear ceiling especially in the short part of the structure. We worked closely with the client as they were designing the menu to provide them with the best kitchen equipment and an efficient kitchen layout that meets all their needs.
